    Who is this program not right for?

    This program is not appropriate for those with eating disorders. The program may not be appropriate for those with multiple health conditions where another dietary approach may take precedence like pregnancy, kidney stones, etc. Our Personalized Nutrition Counseling service may be a better fit.

    Does this program have vegan and vegetarian options?

    Yes! The Low-FODMAP diet allows for vegetarian proteins such as tofu, tempeh and small amounts of some legumes.
